We sure were glad to see some slightly warmer temperatures this weekend for our West Broadway Snoball Winter Carnival this past Saturday. From noon until four we frolicked outside the Broadway Neighbourhood Centre-thanks to everyone who came out and helped put this event on!
Art City participants, family members and friends enjoyed an afternoon of music, hot food and beverages, and winter festivities. This year’s carnival included ice skating, horse drawn wagon rides, colourful snowmen making, tobogganing, cross-country ski races, and fireside story telling-we had an awesome little set up with a hay bale seating area around a toasty fire. And of course, everyone's favourite West Broadway Snoball Yeti made an appearance.
